LEJOG is a cycling trip from Land’s End to John O’ Groats — the length of the United Kingdom, from the southwestern tip of Cornwall to the northeastern coast of Scotland. We will pedal 1,000 miles (with 59,000 feet of climbing) in 14 days. (The 874 miles on the signpost is the distance via the most direct route on highways. Our route is country roads and bike paths, avoiding traffic, and that accounts for the extra miles.)
